    How it works
    1. Warm it up. Place the gum on your back molars and bite down gradually. A cold, hard bite can crack it.
    2. 3 min: slow, heavy chews with pressure building on every bite.
    3. 2 min: faster chews, still controlled. Switch sides evenly.
    4. 3 min: rest with your jaw relaxed.
    5. Repeat the block two or three times, 10–15 minutes in total.
    6. Bin it. Throw the piece away after the session. Start every session with a fresh one.
    7. Tomorrow: light day. One round, about 8 minutes, ideally with Hard. Alternate full and light days, every day for 30 days.

    Safety information

    Full details: Safety Instructions.

This is a training product, much harder than regular gum. No more than 15 minutes a day; alternate full and light days.

Not for under 14s. Never swallow the piece. Keep away from small children.

Stop if you feel pain. A muscle burn that fades within a day is normal; sharp pain, clicking or locking is not.

Ask a dentist first if you have jaw-joint problems, loose fillings, crowns, veneers, implants or braces. Don't use Ultra Hard with dental work.

    Where flavour meets force

    Find your level

The harder the gum, the shorter the flavour. Start with Hard, move up to Ultra Hard, or chew one of each together for hardness with taste.

    FAQ

    Hard gum questions

Why does it cost more than shop gum?

It's a training tool, not candy. The dense gum base takes far more raw material, and the hardness needs slower production. Bundles cut the price per pack by up to 50%.

Hard or Ultra Hard: which should I start with?

Start with Hard in week 1: it has more flavour and lets you learn the technique. From week 2, the plan uses Ultra Hard on full days and Hard on light days. The Starter Duo gives you one pack of each.

    What's in the Starter Duo?

One 40-piece pack of Hard and one 40-piece pack of Ultra Hard, in the flavours you choose. It's the simplest way to follow the 30-day plan, and it costs less than buying the two packs separately.

How long does the flavour last?

Hard keeps its flavour for a good part of the session. Ultra Hard gives a short burst, because flavour oils soften gum. For both, chew one Hard and one Ultra Hard piece together.

    When will I see results?

You'll feel the burn after the first session. Visible change takes consistent training over weeks to months, and it shows most when your body fat is lower.

It's too hard to chew. What should I do?

Warm it up longer and start with smaller bites. If Ultra Hard is too much, train with Hard first, or chew both together until your jaw adapts.

Can I train one side more?

Chew evenly on both sides. If one side feels weaker, a dentist or physiotherapist can tell you whether to focus on it.
